The episode is called \u201cThe dirty truth about Leadership attitudes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She provides personal coaching; guiding clients in their personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John Maxwell\u2019s proven leadership methods. Working together, she moves individuals and organizations in the desired direction to reach their goals.<\/p>\n<p>As an entrepreneur and personal development enthusiast, she strives to help companies and individuals cultivate harmony in their lives, families and businesses. It is her belief that creating harmony in these areas will give people the edge to live their life with an abundance of peace.<\/p>\n<p>Having worked as a Licensed Clinical Social worker for the past 18 years, Marybeth served a very diverse client population. From early on in her career she has been able to live her passion for helping people overcome the labels of mental disorders placed upon them. In her practice she has successfully helped clients by employing a solution focused foundation. In 2008 she branched out of therapy and entered coaching, training and speaking to help her clients with a more productive, healthy, and functional approach.<\/p>\n<p>Marybeth holds a Master\u2019s degree in Social work from Barry University in Miami, FL and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
